We thought of you with love today,
But that is nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday.
And days before that too.
We think of you in silence.
We often speak your name.
Now all we have is memories.
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake.
With which we’ll never part.
God has you in his keeping.
We have you in our heart.
My Nanny was one of the most precious people to ever grace this earth. Anyone that had the privilege of knowing her was truly Blessed. I have never heard anything but kind words about her. Although we have lost her we all know that she is in Heaven listening to Pop play and sing. She is hugging her great-grandkids and letting them know how much they are loved. She is gone from this world but forever in our hearts. I love You Nanny. Check in on us from time to time.
