Ronald Henderson, Jr.

REMBERT, SC:   Ronald “Ronnie” Henry Henderson, Jr., 53, died July 21, 2016, at KershawHealth.  Born in Paterson, NJ, he was a son of Ronald “Ron” Henry Henderson, Sr. and step-mother, Shirley Fowler Henderson and the late Sheraldine Gaines Huckaby. 

Ronnie was a 1981 graduate of Dorman High School, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, attended Bethel Assembly of God, and a contractor-millwright with Boykin, Alice Affairs.   He had tremendous mechanical ability and could fix anything.   His life revolved around his family.  He was an avid golfer who enjoyed collecting golf clubs, and he also enjoyed bowling.

In addition to his father and step-mother he is survived by a brother, Jeffrey Henderson of Milton, NC; a sister, Elisa H. Cothran (Don) of Cowpens, SC; two nieces, Heather Perry (Scott) and Gracie Henderson; two nephews, Graham Mason and Dylan Henderson; two step-brothers, Jeff Blackwell and Scott Blackwell (Lynn) of Chesnee, SC; and one step-sister, Beverly B. Brush (Greg) of Darlington, WI.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 25, at Bobo Funeral Chapel officiated by Pastor Dan Rosa.  Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.   Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
