Wanda Ann Starnes

Wanda Ann Starnes, 74, of Gaffney, SC went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Wanda was a loving mother who loved and served the Lord.  She had a love for all children and touched many lives through foster care.  Wanda was the daughter of the late Donald and Fanny Moody, and wife of Jerry Starnes.

She is survived by her son Michael Starnes (Alisha), and daughter Nikki Seamster (Lee), and Matthew Friar. She is also survived by her grandchildren Carmen, Breanna, Analee, Jacob, Andi, Millie, a godson, Nuggie and her dog Charlie.

Wanda is predeceased by her brother Vincent, and sisters Azalea, Hazel, Sally, Vi and Ethel.

The family will receive friends Saturday April 17, 2021 from 1:00 to 2:00 at Calvary Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 conducted by Rev. Henry Coley and Rev. Dennis Burger.  Burial will be in the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery.
