Van Leroy Cudd

Spartanburg, SC: Van Leroy Cudd, 93, passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. He was the husband of the late Pearlie Cudd, and the son of the late Lee and Ella Cudd.

Van was an active member of Glendale Wesleyan Church for 93 years. He loved the Lord, as well as his family. Van loved wrestling and playing his music. He was a man who was content with his life. To have so little, he was tremendously appreciative.

He is survived by sons Ralph Cudd, and Ronald Cudd (Cookie); a sister, Jean Pritchard; grandchildren, Bryan, Katie, Kayla, Kacie, Chad, Jonathan, and Joey; seventeen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Van was predeceased by a daughter, Rita McGlohorn; and brothers, John Cudd, Albert Cudd, and Kenneth Cudd.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 21, 2021, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Rev. Ken Hales will be conducting the service.
