Sheila Rochester Price

Sheila Rochester Price, 70, passed away on August 6, 2023. She was the wife of the late David Price and former widow of Johnny Rochester. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Lizzie Guthrie.

She was an outspoken, spunky and big hearted person. Sheila loved her family and furbabies and was an avid cook and baker. She was also known to be a bit of a jokester.

Sheila is survived by her son, Kevin Rochester Sr.; daughter, Shelly Rochester; brother, Billy Ray Bevis; sisters, Kathy Henderson and Patsy Bevis; grandchildren, Chelsie Camby (Lacey), Jesse Pack (Jason), Devine Gordon, Krystlen Rochester, John-Kevin Rochester Jr., Samantha Bretz (Chris), Lauren Rochester, Payne Coleman, and Aleah “Digi” Ramirez (Ro); thirteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild on the way; “Aunt Dodo” to niece, Chere Bradley (Blake); a special cousin, Freddie Pettit (Renee); and her furbaby, Jake.

She is predeceased by a son, David “Smiley” Rochester; brothers, Bubba Guthrie, Mike Bevis and Perry Bevis; sisters, Louise Wells, Peggy Bevis and Wilma Pettit; and her grandson, Hunter Sizemore.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Bobo Funeral Chapel. The funeral will follow at Bobo Funeral Chapel at 12:00 PM. Burial will be at Hammett Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Chris Camby will be conducting the service.
