Sarah "Fran" Frances Keith

Sarah Frances Keith, known by many as “Fran”, went home on December 4th, 2025. She was born on November 16th, 1953, to David and Patricia Willis, in Laurinburg, SC.

Fran was retired after years of helping others. She was a cashier at Pacolet Food Mart for several years. She worked at Sams Club until she retired.

She is predeceased by her oldest sister, Marsha W. Byrd; younger sister, Lynn R. Sanford; younger brother, David Mike Willis; her nephew, Michael S. Rhinehart; and her mother and father, David Willis and Patricia G. Willis.

She is survived by one son, David Patrick Lee Silvey of Dallas, TX: a niece, Patricia A. Martin of Pacolet, SC; and three great nieces, Montana Cudd, Morgan Martin and Willow Postell.

There will be a private family ceremony held in the spring in Charleston, SC, her favorite place.
