Randal Keith Phillips, 64, passed away on November 2, 2023. He was the son of the late Marshall and Linda Phillips.

Randal is survived by a son, Evan Phillips (Toni Caudle); a daughter, Alicia Dunnaway (Jared); a brother, Richard Phillips (Deb); sisters, Cathy Rice (Leonard) and Tammy Alverson; grandchildren, Addison, Logan, Leah and Kyle; his significant other, Darlene Linder; and his beloved dog, Cocoa.

He is predeceased by a brother, Brian Phillips.

The family will be having a private memorial service.
