Monroe Sanford

Pacolet, SC: Monroe Sanford, 69, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021. Monroe is survived by his beloved wife, Annie Sanford. Monroe was the son of the late Samuel and Virgie Sanford.

Monroe was a member of Glendale Baptist Church. He worked for Siemens for 37 years. Monroe was an avid fisherman and hunter.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as many great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers Joe Sanford and Jerry Sanford; and a sister Martha Jean Grizzle.

Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 PM Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Bobo Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Friday, July 9, 2021 at Bobo Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Larry Holland. Burial will be at Good Shepherd Memorial Park.
