Michael "Mike" Eric Johnson

Michael “Mike” Eric Johnson, 60, passed away on January 9, 2026. He was the husband of Melissa Johnson and the son of the late Dennis “DJ” and Dorothy “Dot” Johnson.

Mike loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his sons, Steven Johnson, Dillon Scruggs (Camryn) and Dustin Scruggs (Brittany); his daughter, Avery Johnson and Haley Scruggs; his sister, Tonya Miller (Ed); his nephews, Darwin Miller and Patrick Miller; his four grandchildren and one on the way; his brother and sister-in-law, Ricky and Angie Blackwell; and his beloved cat, Nuisance.

Mike requested that there be no formal services, and the family is honoring his wishes. Please remember his family in prayer.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
