Marion E. Henderson

Marion E. Henderson, 87, passed away on May 22, 2025. He was the husband of the late Jeanie Henderson and the son of the late Dewitt and Lucille Henderson.

He is survived by his daughter, Tee Perry (Scott); his brother, Jimmy Henderson (Debbie); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Breann and Josh; 10 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

He is predeceased by his brothers; and his son, Michael Henderson.

Marion proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, where he built a life of discipline, commitment, and service. After retiring from the military, he remained a dedicated provider for his family and a strong presence. He was known for his sharp sense of humor. Marion deeply loved his wife and took great pride in being a devoted father and grandfather. He was especially cherished by his grandchildren. His neighbors remember him as a dependable and a man always willing to lend a helping hand. Marion was a loyal member of his church. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, service and unwavering faith.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A memorial service will follow at Bobo Funeral Chapel at 2:00 PM. Dr. Wofford Caughman will be officiating.
