COWPENS,  SC  - Linda Ervin Sims, 68, of Cowpens, SC died Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Mary Black Memorial Hospital.  Mrs. Sims was the wife of Michael C. Sims and was the daughter of the late George and Vera Busbin Ervin.

             Mrs. Sims was previously a quality inspector with the Bic Corporation.

             In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Michael Hallie Sims of Chesnee; a daughter, Jennifer Sims of Spartanburg; and three grandsons, Sebastian Sims, Jeremy Adam Rhinehart, and Jakob Sims.  He was predeceased by a brother, David Ervin.

             Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 30, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens officiated by Rev. Jimmy Powell.
