Kenneth “Randy” Randall Gilreath
Inman, SC: Kenneth “Randy” Randall Gilreath, 70, of Inman, SC passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center. He was the son of Margarette Seay Osborne and the late James “Buck” Gilreath.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Jane Toney Gilreath of Inman, SC; a daughter Brandy Ritz (Jeremy) of Inmans, SC; a son Chris Gilreath (Wendy) of Boiling Springs, NC; brother Doug Gilreath of Boiling Springs, SC; a special thought of daughter Kristi James Madala of Spartanburg, SC; seven grandchildren, Caleb Watson (Erin), Natalie Ritz (Erica Brown), Brianna Potter (Austin), Ethin Gilreath, Aaron Ritz, Damian Gilreath and Aubri Gilreath; a great grandson Carter Watson; a favorite cousin who was like a sister Lynn Hysmith of Jacksonville, FL. He was predeceased by brothers Lloyd “Lucky” Osborne and Jimmy Osborne; and a great grandson Memphis James Potter.
Ken was a long haul truck driver of 27 years, a driver instructor for 10 years, and security accounts manager for Diversco for 12 years in Morristown, TN. He retired after working at Mack Molding for 5 years, and shortly after returned to work as head of security at Spartanburg High School.
Ken’s family will celebrate his life Monday, September 19, 2022 at 3:00pm at Inman United Methodist Church.
