Cowpens, SC: Kathy Diane Stafford passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Born July 11, 1949 she was the wife of the late Forest Oliver Stafford, and the daughter of the late Fred and Betty Potts. She is survived by two sons, Forest Stafford and Eddie Stafford; and two sisters Judy Hall and Jackie Teal.
