Kathryn Shawley Bridges

Spartanburg, SC:  Kathryn Shawley Bridges, 54, went home to be with her Lord Thursday, November 5, 2020. Born December 17, 1965 in Spartanburg, SC she was the wife Everette Bridges and the daughter of the late Thomas Shawley and Karen Shawley Thomason.

Kathryn was a faithful member of East Spartanburg Wesleyan Church, a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was loved dearly and will be missed greatly by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters Katie Cowart and her husband Jay, and Kristin Bridges; a son Charles Bridges; grandchildren Aubrey Cowart, Evan Cowart and Grayson Bridges; a brother Sam Shawley. She was predeceased by a brother Thomas Shawley and a sister Lori Shawley.

A memorial service will be 3:00pm Sunday November 8, 2020 at East Spartanburg Wesleyan Church, officiated by Rev. Jason Sain.
