Joel Thomas Hill

Joel Thomas Hill, 75, passed away at home, Saturday July 26, 2025. Born June 27, 1950, he was the son of the late Joe Thomas and Helen Thomas Hill.

Joel grew up in the Clifton Mill Village, one of the last eleven boys that were all friends in the Mill Village. He was a real down to earth man who loved to work at his booths at the flea market where he made many good friends. He had a special love for his dog, Tar Baby.

Joel is survived by a brother Joe Thomas Hill, Jr.; a sister Janice Amelia Skrinis; nieces Trina Watson, Jennifer Watson, and Myrtle Mintz; a great niece and a great nephew; and a long time friend Charlene Enloe. He was predeceased by a brother Thurman Hill; and a nephew Gerald Hill.

The family will receive friends, 10:00am – 11:00am, Friday August 8, 2025 at Bobo Funeral Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 11:00am, officiated by Rev. Benny Green.
