Francine Augusta Kotzur

Francine Augusta Kotzur, 74, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on May 13, 2025. Born on October 14, 1950, in New Britain, Connecticut, she was the beloved wife of Ewald James Kotzur, with whom she shared 56 years of marriage.

Francine was the daughter of the late Nelson and Lillian Millard. In 1998, she and Ewald made their home in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Francine found joy in the simple pleasures: collecting Beanie Babies, solving crossword puzzles, and sharing her love of cooking with her family.

Francine is survived by her son, James Anthony Kotzur (Kerry); her daughters, Brenda Lee Garvey (Frank) and Connie Morgan (William). She also leaves behind her brothers, Joe Millard and Nelson Millard (Lois), as well as nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Bobo Funeral Chapel.
