Frances Elaine Horne

COWPENS, SC:  Frances Elaine Martin Horne, 89, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020.  She was the wife of the late Lawrence Durant Horne and daughter of the late Frank W. Martin and Velma Ezell Martin and Lillie Blanton Martin.

She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church and a former seamstress.  She was also a devoted homemaker much loved by her family and she enjoyed sewing and cooking.

Surviving are three daughters, Judy H. Norman, Jan Horne, and Norma Sue H. Bridges; sister, Melba M. Hubert; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a sister, Pat M. Miller and a brother, Frank W. Martin, Jr.

Graveside services will be Sunday, December 13, 2:00 p.m., at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Rev. David Watkins officiating.
