Doris Edge

Doris Hazel Edge, 98, of Spartanburg passed away March 8, 2026 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. A native of Roanoke, VA she was daughter of the late Lillie Mae Powers and John J. Edge; she was a  member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and former employee at Carolina Cash.

She was predeceased by three brothers John Lee Edge (Loree); David Oliver Edge (Marcelle) and Fred Mason Edge (Lois).

Survivors include four nieces and nephews Donna Roddy (Dan); Gary Edge (Laura); Barry Edge (Dixie) and Becky Hughes (John); and numerous great, great-great and great-great-great nieces and nephews.

Aunt Dottie “Grandma Dottie” devoted her life to serving her Lord and savior, loving her family and working at Carolina Cash for 73 years.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on  Wednesday March 11, 2026 at Nazareth Presbyterian Church in Moore conducted by Rev. Stephen Johnson and Rev. David Turner.
