Dennis "DJ" Wallace Johnson

 Dennis “DJ” Johnson, 82, passed away at home on May 2, 2022. Born June 15, 1939, he was the son of the late William “Bill” and Bertha Johnson. He was the husband of the late Dorothy “Dot” Johnson.

DJ was a lifetime member of the Whitney 264 Masonic Lodge, the DAV, and the VFW.

He is survived by a son, Michael Johnson (Melissa); a daughter, Tonya Miller; a sister, Shirley Pennington; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

He is predeceased by sisters Joyce Ellis, and Sam Robbins.

DJ requested that there be no formal services, and the family is honoring his wishes. Please remember the family in prayer.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, DJ and the family have requested that donations be made to cancer research and healthy heart research.

DJ touched the lives of many people in so many positive ways. He will be missed by many!
