Daniel McKay Justice

Daniel Justice passed away peacefully on December 7, 2022 with family by his side, he was 86 years old.  He was born on January 25, 1936 in Spartanburg, SC.  He moved to McKeesport, PA where he met his wife Nancy.  On December 13, 1958 he served with the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany and Fort Belvoir, VA.  After being Honorable Discharged he founded Justice Construction Company.

Daniel was the wife of Nancy Justice and the son of the late Garlon H. Justice and Effie Sweek;  He is survived by sons Daniel Justice (Kaye) and Timothy Justice; a daughter Cynthia Jett (Wayne); a brother, Bill Justice (Lois); sisters, Bonnie Steptoe, Pricilla Heer (Peter), Lydia Dorman (Paul); and grandchildren, Heather, Daniel, Hannah, and Charley. 

He is predeceased by a sister, Bessie Thronton.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at First Baptist Church of Spartanburg from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Spartanburg. Rev. Sal Barrone will be conducting the service. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
