Spartanburg, SC:  Daisy Helen Sanford Gosnell, 93, went home to be with her Lord Thursday, August 6, 2020. Born November 16, 1926 she was the wife of the late Starling Gosnell, and the daughter of the late Tom and Nellie Sanford.

Mrs. Gosnell was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and a faithful member of New Life Worship Center church. She was also the last of fifteen brothers and sisters.

She is survived by a daughter Sue Ramsey of Glendale; grandsons Paul Mitchell and wife Kristen of Statesville, NC, and Trevor Gosnell and wife Kristen of Pearland TX; granddaughters Paula Gosnell of Glendale, Dana Cadriel and husband Tony of Pearland, TX; a daughter-in-law Janice Gosnell of Pearland TX; a sister-in-law Thelma Reece of Spartanburg; great grandchildren Josh Gosnell, Grayson Gosnell, Dillon Gosnell, Parker Gosnell, Hannah Cadriel and Caleb Cadriel; a special niece Sybil Brown of Spartanburg, and many other nephews and nieces. She is predeceased by four sons, Paul Alfred Gosnell, Walter Lee Gosnell, Charles Wayne Gosnell, and Troy Alvin Gosnell; seven brothers and seven sisters; and a grandson Shane Gosnell. 

The family will receive friends, 6:00pm – 8:00pm, Sunday August 9, 2020 at Bobo Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be 11:00am, Monday August 10, 2020 at Bobo Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park.
