Carolyn Mae McGlohon

Carolyn Mae McGlohon, 73, went home to be with the Lord on March 18, 2025. She was the daughter of the late William McGlohon and Wilma (Morris) McGlohon.

Carolyn was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She had a devoted love for the Lord and her family. She was a resident of Charles Lea for 12 years.

She is survived by her niece, Tammy O’Dell (Tim); her nephew, Jeff Morris (Julie); her great nieces and nephews, Charity Garrett (Ron), Brittany Morris, Austin Johnson (Kaleigh), Summer Cooke (Dusty), Taylor Morris, Brandon Morris (Emily) and Zoey Morris; her great-great nieces, Aubrey and Olivia; and a special friend, Mychael Robertson.

She is predeceased by her brother, Max Morris; and her sister, Maxine Morris.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Carolyn’s House Mothers who cared for her over the years, as well as the staff of Gentiva Hospice.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Willis Family Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Rev. Norman Band will be conducting the service.
