Arnold E. Collins

Arnold Edwin Collins, 77, passed away at home unexpectedly on March 24, 2025.   Born on February 3, 1948 in Chesnee, SC, he was the son of the late Troy Collins and Elsie Collins Lawter.  

Arnold graduated from Chesnee High School with the class of 1966   He was a veteran of the US Navy during the Vietnam War, and he retired  from the R.R. Donnelley Plant.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Billy Bell; three grandchildren:  Logan Bell Schaper and husband Nate, Austin Bell and wife Savannah, and Troy Bell ;  2  great-grandchildren;  and three sisters:  Phyllis Hollifield (Denton),  Sybil Roberts, and Gail Dalton.

Arnold was a kind, caring man and generous to a fault and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be Monday, March 31, 2025, from  6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Bobo Funeral Chapel.
