Sandra Kaye Kesler

Spartanburg, SC:  Sandra Kaye Kesler, 70, wife of Ernest J. Kesler, passed away April 14, 2018. Born July 14, 1947 she was the daughter of the late John and Iris Linder.

Mrs. Kesler retired from Spartanburg County School District 3 as a teacher at Cowpens Elementary and Cowpens Middle School. She also served as a board member for Spartanburg County School District 3. Mrs. Kesler was a guardian ad litem for under privileged children. She served many years as pianist for Drayton Baptist church. She was an active member of Cowpens First Baptist where she was active in the Blessings in Backpacks program and grief support groups. 

In addition to her husband she is survived by a son Scott Kesler and wife Holly, grandchildren Madison and Coleman Kesler, and Landon and Kalyn Norris. She was predeceased by a daughter Iris Dawn Kesler Beheler.

Graveside services will be 1:00 Tuesday April 17, 2018 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens officiated by Dr. Bill Westafer and Rev. Randell Blackman. The family will receive friends following the service.
