Rita  Brockman

Spartanburg, SC: Rita Brockman, 70, went home to be with her Lord Saturday, January 4, 2020. Born July 4, 1949 she was the wife of the late Stewart Brockman and the daughter of the late Dulas and Carolyn Stepp.

Rita was a member of Cedar Springs Baptist Church and retired as a respiratory therapist with Spartanburg Regional Hospital. She loved life to the fullest and had a deep held love for her family.

She is survived by two brothers, Donnie Stepp and wife Beth of Spartanburg, and Ronnie Stepp and wife Karen of Pauline; a sister Carmen Hutcherson and husband James of Pauline; a nephew Jonathan Lawson; two nieces Holly Bagwell and Angie Ivey; four great nephews and nieces, Addyson Lawson, Avery Lawson, Jacey Bagwell, Lawson Bagwell, Amelia Bagwell and Riley Alford.

She was loved dearly by her family and will be greatly missed.

Memorial service will be at a later date.
