Boiling Springs, SC: Debra Lee Makin, 64, passed away Friday, June 21, 2019. Born December 27, 1954 in Miami FL, she was the wife of the late Terrance Makin and the daughter of the late Hammond and Rose Parker.

Debra is survived by a daughter Keenan Skelly of Alexandria VA; three brothers Jesse “Bill” Parker and wife Madaline of Boiling Springs, Larry Ellis and wife Marie of Spartanburg, and Ricky Ellis and wife Tammy of Spartanburg; three sisters Kimberly Wright and husband Michael of Spartanburg, Kathlene Hall and husband Larry of Marian, NC, and Kawana Johnson and husband Eric of Momence IL. She was predeceased by a brother Horace Parker and a sister Teresa Burkhart.

A memorial service will be 3:00 pm, Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home Chapel.
