John Thomas Surland, Jr.

INMAN, SC:   John Thomas Surland, Jr. 83, husband of the late Elfrieda Kaufl Surland passed away June 14, 2017.  Born in Coloma, Michigan, he was the son of the late John Thomas Surland, Sr., and Edithye Cripe Surland.  He has been a resident of South Carolina for 20 years.  He was a veteran of the USAF earning the rank of Sergeant and he retired from Little Fuse as a Test Tech.

He is survived by a son, Charles “Chuck” Jack Surland of Sedgwick, KS; a daughter, Susan Loraine Surland of Henderson, NV; a sister Cindy Essig and husband, Randy; and two grandchildren, Christopher and Tessa Surland.
