Spartanburg – Bobbie Lee Huntsinger, 76, formerly of Cowpens, died Friday, January 13, 2017 at Valley Falls Terrace.  Mr. Huntsinger was the husband of the late Mary Jane Fowler Huntsinger and the son of the late Charlie Huntsinger and Edna Fowler Huntsinger Burdette.

            Mr. Huntsinger was a chemical operator for Hoechst Celenese Fibers.  He served in the U. S. Marines and was a member of Love Springs Baptist Church.

            Survivors include two sons, Charles Robert “Chopper” Huntsinger and Bobbie Lee Huntsinger, Jr.;  two daughters, Pamela H. Grant and Shirley Jean H. Carroll; one brother, Wilbur “Buddy” Huntsinger; one step-daughter, Amanda Fowler Lewis; four grandsons, four granddaughters, three great-grandsons and also a very special cousin, June Gardner.  He was predeceased by three sisters, Shirley, Mildred, and Emogene.

            There will be no services.
